OFFENDING COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS!
Last night, during Sarah Palin's historic and masterful made me wonder about one thing. What was Barack Obama going to say? I think it is rather obvious Barack Obama doesn't really like women. Look, it's a chick thing. We know when men like women. It doesn't matter if a man is straight or gay, young or old, if they like women, they like women. Barack Obama does not appear to like women. Men who like women do not patronize them. They do not belittle them. They don't trigger the 'gag reflex'. Barack Obama may be god, but he's not Don Juan. He is not a man who likes women. This is not the statement of a man who likes or respects women. Is this the statement of a man narcissist who is furious because he was upstaged by a woman, someone he does not respect.
He's not much of a man either. Now Barack Obama and his supporters are crying because Sarah Palin dared to get on stage and belittle Barack Obama. Big fat hairy deal! The big deal is the fact that Sarah Palin drew something like 37.2 million viewers last night. There are some reports that say she drew over 40 million. How dare she upstage god, then belittle his coronation?
Like the trapped animal he is, Barack Obama is only going to get nastier and nastier. We need to be honest here. The Left would not be denigrating Sarah Palin if they weren't getting a wink and a nod from the Obama Campaign. How dare a woman upstage him.
This election is all about Barack Obama.
Barack Obama is the star.
He glitters.
He glows.
He pontificates, waxing eloquent.
He is The One we've all been waiting for....
How dare a WOMAN upstage him!
Sarah Palin offended community organizers everywhere.
The vicious Barracuda insulted community organizers. How dare she. Maybe the problems is that Sarah the Barracuda, like your humble blogger, doesn't really know what a community organizer does, except line up voters, both living or dead, to vote Democratic. So, this is what a community organizer does. Who knew?
Sarah Palin has offended the following individuals:
Gloria Steinem
Barack Obama
liberals everywhere
Helen Thomas
No wonder they are offended. Some are comparing Sarah Palin to Margaret Thatcher. Michael Reagan flung the ultimate complement by comparing her to his dad.
BTW - did you know Sarah Palin is an unfit mother? She's not good for Trig. She's harming him because she is (allegedly) not nursing him. She's not paying enough attention to her children. She cared to denigrate community organizers.
Oh, and Cindy McCain had on a $300,000 outfit last night. Let's attack her for her money. Money is evil. Obama is good because he wants to spread the wealth - Marxist style. Ergo - Cindy McCain is pure evil. (Would that I had her diamonds?) There's just one little problem with the estimate of a pair of 3 ct. diamond earrings being worth $280,000. That's just not possible. You can get 3 CT. earrings from Sams's for about $20,000. If Cindy McCain paid $280,000 for a pair of earrings that would cost no more than $50,000 retail then she is a fool, it's that simple. The problem is, everyone and their uncle are trying to do anything possible to destroy a very good woman. If you're going to try, get your facts correct.
"...Sen. Barack Obama ditched his normal languid cool today, punching back at Gov. Sarah Palin as he spoke with reporters in York, Pa, hotly defending his work as a community organizer. He said he assumes Palin "wants to be treated same way guys want to be treated, which means their records are under scrutiny. I've been through this for 19 months. She's been through it, what four days?"
Obama's hackles were clearly raised by Palin's dismissal of his community organizing --a response to his earlier dismissal of her record as a small-town mayor. "Why would that kind of work be ridiculed?" Obama said. "Who are they fighting for?" The idea that community organizing is not relevant to the presidency, he said, just shows why Republicans "are out of touch and don't get it...."

"...So here is what Giuliani and Palin didn't know: Obama was working for a group of churches that were concerned about their parishioners, many of whom had been laid off when the steel mills closed on the south side of Chicago. They hired Obama to help those stunned people recover and get the services they needed--job training, help with housing and so forth--from the local government. It was, dare I say it, the Lord's work--the sort of mission Jesus preached (as opposed to the war in Iraq, which Palin described as a "task from God.")
This is what Palin and Giuliani were mocking. They were making fun of a young man's decision "to serve a cause greater than himself," in the words of John McCain. They were, therefore, mocking one of their candidate's favorite messages. Obama served the poor for three years, then went to law school. To describe this service--the first thing he did out of college, the sort of service every college-educated American should perform, in some form or other--as anything other than noble is cheap and tawdry and cynical in the extreme.
Perhaps La Pasionaria of the Northern Slope didn't know this when she read the words they gave her. But Giuliani--a profoundly lapsed Catholic, who must have met more than a few religious folk toiling in the inner cities--should have known. ("I don't even know what that is," he sneered.") What a shameful performance...."
I thought some of this fell under the definition of "charity" and charitable works. I did not know this is now "community organizer". H-E-Double-Toothpick, when I was working for our local Episcopal parish, I did not realize I was a "community organizer" when I was helping the homeless get a place to live, and finding shelter for abused women. Now, thought, I understand. Jesus was a Community Organizer. It all makes sense, now. Barack Obama considers himself god. Maybe he's now reaching out to become the holy trinity?
