GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION, RIGHT?
The extreme anti-immigration usual sources are determined to find a way to convict the fiance of Luis Ramirez who was brutally attacked and murdered by local high school football heroes in Shenandoah, PA. They are determined to find something wrong with Crystal Dillman. She is damned because she was cited for driving without a driver's license. She had not lost one, had no DUI, etc., she just did not have a "Valid" driver's license. From what I gather about Shenandoah, I would question their version of "valid". There seems to be several different levels of citizenry in the community. There are those who are on the "inside" and those who are basically considered "trash". Dillman is in the latter catagory. (Fascinating that the arresting officer was the same person. Makes you wonder a little about who was in the wrong).
Now the anti-immigration agitators want her arrested for driving a "getaway van" for a horrible robbery of the local drug story. It is a very strange story. Evidently some teenager was caught shop-lifting and dumped about $50 worth of merchandise in the van driven by Dillman. I don't see how this can be considered "grand theft" nor how Dillman can be damned for this incident. But, the anti-immigration agitators are certainly going to try and so so.
Dillman is evil and a race agitator because she is going after the town of Shenandoah and those poor innocent football heroes who murdered the father of her children after he tried to defend himself against the drunken students. But - according to Illegal Protest, the murdered man was the evil one.
The rally promoted by the anti-illegal agitators was well attended - by the usual suspects:
There is a very serious problem being exposed here. When a group of people begin creating excuses for the deplorable, criminal, and murderous actions of a few drunk and out of control high school football heroes, then something is wrong. It doesn't matter if the murdered man was here legally or illegally. What matters is that the far right anti-immigration activists have made his death a rallying point to support a community that has a history of racism. They are basically backing up and approving of racism. When this happens, they've lost all legitimate reasons to exist as an entity. They are the problem, not the solution. It is quite apparent the anti-Hispanic racist atmosphere they have helped to cultivate contributed to the actions of the young men.
If I were the parents of the four men accused of killing a 24 year old Hispanic immigrant, legal or not, I would consider suing the you know what out of the whole anti-immigration world. If it weren't for the hate being preached by the parties involved, the young men may have simply slept off their drunk. Now though, they are going to end up spending many years of their lives in prison. It seems to me that the people who have helped to promote the current atmosphere of hate are the ones who need to joining them.

"...The SECOND cause of racial tensions is coming from Crystal Dillman herself and her new MALDEF “handlers” who are encouraging her accusations at the town. Funny how none of the accusers mention that Ramirez ALSO uttered racial epithets at the white teens. It’s only a problem if racial slurs are uttered by whites? The “racial tensions” are being STOKED by the likes of MALDEF and Dr Agapito “we will never assimilate” Lopez. All of these people who claim to be in Shenandoah to promote Unity are the actual perpetrators of the DIVISION in the town. They are from OUTSIDE the town - even going so far as to bus people to Shenandoah from CHICAGO. Are they trying to express unity between Shenandoah and CHICAGO? They wanted their “unity” gathering - the first one - to appear successful so they pumped it up with people from ANOTHER STATE! You know why? Because they knew that they would not get a large turnout from the town they had accused of being a racist town. It’s just laughable for a group to jump into an issue, hurl insults at a town and then pose as “unifiers” of the town. What a laughable piece of crap!..."
While all of this is going on, the mother of Brandon Kiekarsky, who is charged in the death of Rameriz, is upset because her son can't play football, can't go on to college, and can't go to school. The county is providing special educational services to the who were unjustly caught while having kicked a man to death. poor little football heroes Brandon's rights are being violated because he is not allowed to attend his senior year of high school! Evidently the man he beat to death has no "rights". The rally promoted by the anti-illegal agitators was well attended - by the usual suspects:
"...The Melanie News Blog reported: "This weekend, a group called Voice of the PeopleUSA/PAPundits plans an ‘anti-immigration’ rally in Shenandoah. Although they claim not to be a white supremacist group, they have a very strong following of neo-Nazis, skinheads, white supremacists, and other such hate groups who will be here with them. This is already drawing national press attention whether we want it or not, and our image to world will be unfairly associated with a swastika." A commenter added: "Actually the guy draped in the Nazi flag and other white supremacists that attended the Voice of the People USA rally were racists. I’ve never heard anyone call out these guys and gals at any rally. You count them for support just like everyone else in the crowd...."
These are bad kids, yet the judge gave them bail. "...Two teens charged in the killing of an illegal Mexican immigrant in Shenandoah were released on $50,000 bail each Tuesday following a hearing in Schuylkill County Court.
Brandon Piekarsky, 16, and Colin Walsh, 17, of Shenandoah, both of whom had been in prison since their arrests July 25, were freed following the hearing before Senior Judge William Baldwin.
They are charged with criminal homicide — which could include third-degree murder, voluntary or involuntary manslaughter — along with ethnic intimidation and related offenses in the July 12 beating of Luis E. Ramirez, 24...."
There was a "Pro-American" rally on August 30. During the gathering of "patriots", noted by the SPLC, Crystal A. Dillman had the nerve to walk into the group of patriots carrying a Mexican flag. Evidently it is acceptable to carry a Nazi flag, but not a Mexican one. Good thing to know.
