THE PINK FLAMINGO RECOMMENDS
View Article  A Rainy & Chilly Day!
SATURDAY, AUGUST 30

I have a new Blog Critics article about Sarah Palin.

I turned the heater on in the Durango this afternoon!  That's the first time I've turned it on since last winter.  It has been raining on and off all afternoon.  My skylight is still leaking.

I can't get over how little news there is today. I think this is the first time in ages I have nothing to report or nothing interesting to link.

FYI - did you know Cleopatra died on this day in the year 30BC?

It is usually more subtle than that.  He gets drunk and blames ...   more »

THE DOC HOLIDAY STORY!

The past week has been so dramatic, Doc Holiday thought she would provide a little change of pace for Pink Flamingo readers.  She has been persuaded to tell her dramatic life story, complete with exciting photos.

Doc also invites you to scroll down to the bottom of her story and sign her Mr. Linky birthday card.

"Eight years ago on,
September 8, 2000, my birth mother abandoned me. I was born 9 days earlier, on August 31. I don’t know where. My eyes were just starting to open, but all I could see was darkness. ...   more »
