CAN THEY GO ANY LOWER?
Does it surprise you that certain un-named liberals and Democratic flunkies in the MSM are once again trying to denigrate a Republican’s honor. We know they are sore losers, just look at the way George W. Bush stole the Presidency from Al Gore. His daddy bought the election, and deprived Al Gore of his birth-right.
It is proof positive that Republicans are lyin’ cheatin’ sons-of-you-know-whatiches.
Therefore it should come as no surprise that John McCain is one of the above. We all know John McCain cheated when he beat the you know what out of Barack Obama during the Saddleback incident. And, we all know John McCain lied when he discussed his faith and incidents during the years he spent as a Prisoner of War in North Vietnam.
There are two things at play here. First is the increasingly corrupt and intrusive practice of certain parties, especially Democratic operatives, to intrude and examine every aspect of an opponent’s life, their family, and their friends. Nothing matters. Nothing is sacred. No incident is too small to be blown out of proportion. The objective is to destroy figuratively and literally. If there is an added benefit of implied terror against perspective Republican candidates then that is just an added benefit of search and destroy.
The other aspect of this is the fact that in order to accuse someone as honorable of John McCain of lying an falsifying there must be a decided lack of honor in the character of the accuser. There is a weakness in the character of this new Democrat that is alarming. One of the things I’ve learned about accusations is that often the one doing the accusing and the damning is the one most guilty.
So the Democrats are accusing John McCain of making up the “cross” story. There is something scurrilous about an accusation of this nature. It is petty. It reeks of dishonor. It devalues the credibility of the person making the accusation.
Barack Obama blew it this weekend. In order to legitimize the reason he did not do well, John McCain must be turned into a villain. The implications are enormous. Barack Obama is a failed candidate, or rather a bogus candidate, his candidacy based on blind ambition. Unfortunately, when something is based on a sham, it can be exposed by something genuine.
It is a matter of honor. It is a matter of common decency. The question is what will happen when the American People realize they are being played for fools. Then again, the American People are good at being doing that for themselves.
Men of honor are rarely treated honorably.
