Things around
town are drying out, even though there is still a ban on using tap
water for drinking. No one knows when the local eateries can
start serving water, tea, and coffee, let alone ice because the moronic
Ruidoso News, the poorest excuse for a newspaper I've ever encountered,
has yet to update their web site. You'd think with a local
crises they would use the gray matter between their shoulders and try
serving the community for a change, but forget that. The
