The Pink Flamingo :: McCain, the Liquor Lobby, & Barack’s Anti-Semitic Friends

They’ve found some disgusting anti-Semitism on Obama’s official site that has been officially removed. Same old same old if you ask me. Fortunately cooler heads did a few screen shots so I don’t think they can wriggle out of this. Bill Stevenson has a good posting about the GOP’s efforts to create an energy bill, which was naturally squelshed by the Dems. Jim Fryar tells us that Clint Eastwood is supporting Big Mac!

THE NEXT BIG MAC ATTACK
There’s a new Big Mac Attack you should be aware of. The Daily Kos is going to try and connect John McCain to his wife’s family, the mob, Ruidoso Downs race-track, and the liquor lobby.
I think the anti-McCain lobby should take great care when reading this:

“…An analysis published last September by Roll Call, a Capitol Hill newspaper, calculated John and Cindy McCain's assets at $44 million, making McCain the ninth wealthiest member of Congress. While McCain has a prenuptial agreement that he will not control his wife's assets, the Senate financial disclosure form lumps spousal assets together….”

It’s called a pre-nup, stupid.

Then there is the latest mantra. According to Bay Buchanan (if I had that face lift I’d go shoot myself) John McCain is basically irrelevant.

“…Since McCain has become the presumptive nominee, I have spoken at more than two dozen Republican gatherings. The sentiment everywhere can best be summarized in the words of one of the activists, “No matter who wins in November, we lose.”…”

Obama is attracting the big crowds. Obama is a god. We all know John McCain has no chance. So why is CNN listing the race as “tied”? It is evident that there are two groups of people who would rather see John McCain close down his campaign and ride off into the sunset. The first is the Obama campaign. The second group is more nefarious, the non-Republican conservatives. The problem is they are so slimy and slithery and so dishonorable that are declaring John McCain basically irrelevant. I think that is their new attack – their new talking points. It’s all about the Obama. FOX appears increasingly in the thank for the Obama, to the point where they too are taking up it’s all about the Obama mantra.

It made me mad. Then I realized about a year ago John McCain was considered finished, his political career in ruins. So, let’s just let Mr. Irrelevant do his thing. We’ll see who is irrelevant on January 20. I just don’t think it will be John McCain.
