DO THEY HAVE SUPER-DELEGATES
I think this is a job for the new RNC site Can We Ask! My father has made the connection between Barack Obama’s statement that there are 57 ( maybe 58) states and has tracked it back to the John Kerry Campaign of 2004. He thinks Obama picked it up from Heinz 57!
I want to know when we added 7 new states.
Where are they?
What are their names?
Have they had their primaries yet?
Did Barack Obama win their popular vote?
Did he pick up their Super-Delegates?
Is Barack Obama Dumber Than Dirt?

If the Fifth Grader were being home-schooled, I'd day he/she would be smarter than Barack Obama. Considering the sorry start of our educational systems today, on this one I need to give Obama the upper hand. The LA Times Version: Evidently the LA Times has made the Kerry Heinz 57 connection.

Oh, and as far as Hawaii voters are concerned, they're probably delighted to learn that Obama's campaign staff doesn't think that tiny state can justify an appearance by his eminence, even though he did a lot of growing up there. Or maybe because he was there. Let's see what they do with that in the Honolulu media, which the Republicans have probably already notifed. Maybe it's Obama's age. He's getting up there in his forties, you know...."

Like MarcAmbinder said, if John McCain had done this, they would declare him mentally deficient. Stop the ACLU has more. Let's face it, where are those other states? We know they are part of the mainland US because Obama mentioned that his keepers wouldn't let him go to Alaska or Hawaii. That eliminates Guam and Puerto Rico. Maybe the thinks California has been split in two pieces. Because of Bill Richardson's endorsement, I figure Obama knows that New Mexico has been a state for nearly 100 years. Is he counting Mexico and Canada? This is quite a puzzle.
It is a good think Barack Obama is a Democrat. He's getting a pass, and he shouldn't.
WAIT A MINUTE (finger snap) I know what happened here. Evidently Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid passed some new thingie splitting up a few of the larger states, so Barack Obama could get more super-delegates. How could we be so stupid? Evidently the GOP wasn't on their official mailing list. That way, we could stay stupid and John McCain could be made to look old, senile, and uninformed. I get it.
