As I mentioned in an earlier post, the good people at the Cat Blogsphere are helping a fellow cat-blogger who was the victim of a tragic fire. They’ve also done something nice, but I don’t now if I can mention it. Let’s just say ML proves my theory about Episcopalians being good people!

Jose Canseco blames much of his financial failure on the high costs of taxes and coughing up something like 41% of his income to the government! Our anti-McCain, anti-Bush conservatives have blown it this time. Jose Canseco should be the picture boy for lowering taxes, not the economy. BABIES ARE DYING
It is called Enterovirus 71 (EV71) So far a few cases have emerged in Malaysia. There are a number of cases in Singapore and quite a few in China. One of the big problems is the fact that we have no idea how serious the disease actually is. We're dealing with China, remember? To date (allegedly) 21 young children have died and around 3,000 others have come down with the intestinal virus known locally as Hand, foot, and mouth disease. Cat Blogger Needs Help

AUCTION FOR CAT-BLOGGER!
A few weeks ago cat blogger Laura lost everything but her three wonderful kitties in a fire. Because of some absolutely asinine catch-22 she is living day by day. The great people who run the Cat Blogsphere have set up an auction for she and the kitties. They are living with Laura's parents, but need to get out on their own.

BELIEVING IN MIRACLES
My friend Deb send an email to me yesterday, with a message for my friend Chris and her family. It is so beautiful I want to share it with you.
A little background. My friend is a living testament to Christ's love and the fact that HE IS in the miracle business. She shouldn't even be alive, let alone walking.
