The Pink Flamingo :: I Am Tired of Barack Obama’s Dog & Pony Show

I am sick and tired of Barack Obama. For awhile I allowed myself to be seduced into the possibility that I was simply being snarky about him, but I’ve realized that’s not the problem. He and his violate so many things I hold near and dear. I’ve decided, recently, that I’m no longer lowering my standards and being tolerant of alternative political ideals and actions. I believe what I believe. The man is an idiot. (Stop the ACLU) The man does not have the courage to take a stand on anything. I am tired of Michelle “Evita” Obama ranting on and on about her humble beginnings. It is not racist. The worst of all of this is Barack Obama is now beginning to believe his fawning press. I don’t mind Hillary Clinton. She and Slick are good for laughs. Let’s be honest here, they’re great. The two of them are a walking SNL skit machine. Can you imagine that phone call Hill made to Bill last week telling him to “be quite” about Bosnia? Let’s face it, except for a Supreme Court debacle, a Hillary Clinton Presidency would result in a permanent GOP majority in the House and Senate within two years of her inauguration. The Clintons are fun to watch. One of these days one is going to blow up at the other - on camera. It will be a very fun day.

But – I fear Barack Obama. I fear his Marxism. One of his mentors was a Marxist. (Obama Report) Turk at Kung Fu Quip has an excellent column about Obama’s Marxism and his “religion”, which I feel is expedient and not of the heart. In fact, Turk found a fascinating quote about this.

But he also “realized that with some churches there would be a credibility issue if he were organizing churches but didn’t have a home church.”…”

The LA Times even admits Obama was once a Muslim. That in itself does not bother me. It is the fact that he associates with people who are on the anti-American end of things. (Slickberry)

His mentor, Jeremiah Wright is a man who exhibits everything I find disgusting in an “American” and a “Christian Leader”. He associates with our enemies. (Faultline) He has manipulated his congregation the way Jim & Tammy Faye did, but he did not get caught. The worst of it is there are questions about Obama, himself associating with people Wright stuffed with attention, such as the Million Man March.

Barack Obama has lied about his lobbyist ties while he demonizes John McCain. This fascinates me considering Obama’s associations with some very nefarious characters.

AND THEN THERE IS LARRY SINCLAIR
This guy isn’t going away. Doesn’t that make you think about things? He is stirring thing up,
being ignored by the MSM and the “important” blogs, but like the little engine that could, he keeps on keeping on. That’s enough to make me ask “why”. If Sinclair is not important, why are big time liberal sites removing his links, comments, then coming after him?
NOTE: With Sinclair’s blog, always read the comments. They are a wealth of information. Is it true? There is an entire sub culture of black males living a double life. What if Larry Sinclair is telling the truth.

NOW THE RANT AND RAVE
It’s been a long time coming.

As I mentioned in my opening paragraph, I’m sick and tired of Barack Obama, Evita, his wife, and all the completely inane hype surrounding them. I honestly don’t understand how people can be sucked into all the hype. Sure, I know most people are superficial about these things, but we are facing one of the most important elections in the history of this country. There’s more to life than empty liberal rhetoric.

I refuse to be shamed that I am demonizing Barack Obama. I am not.

My dislike of him is not racial.

My dislike of Barack Obama is based on the fact that I think he is immature. He is less than candid about – anything. There is something seriously wrong with any adult who cannot take responsibility for their actions.

I just wish I could get on to other subjects, but defeating this …. Twit …. It too important.

A good leader knows how to unite. Barack Obama talks a great game, but seems to be more interested in dividing than uniting. He reminds me of an Episcopalian priest I once knew. He would rant and rail about various and sundry “vices” in his sermons: divorce, drinking, gambling, etc. to the point where it just wasn’t all the thing. We soon discovered his rants and raves against a specific vice – pointing fingers at others, was more a way to take the heat off his own behavior – while enjoying the same vice. Barack Obama is a heck of a lot like that. He points out problems, racist behavior, intolerance in his opposition, vices that do not exist. Then he goes out and behaves the same way.

There are individuals who have the rare gift of being able to bring out those proverbial “better angels”. Barack Obama is not one of them. He has this rare gift of bringing out the very worst in people, or deluding his followers into thinking the worst of someone. It is as though he were beckoning us to follow him to the dark side of the Force.

Perhaps the most revealing thing about the two Democratic pretenders is the fact this evening, during the Frank Luntz FOX snake oil segment, supporters of both candidates admitted they will support John McCain if their candidate is not nominated. The comments then made about McCain were also revealing. I wonder if we are going to see a resurrection of the “Reagan” Democrat this year. If so, we may be okay, and John McCain may have coat-tails.
