WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30 We’ve had worse days, but this one is in the top five since I’ve lived here. This morning I was going to put it as the 3rd worst windy day, but I think I will put it at #5. We are expecting a monster day tomorrow. Fed Ex came by this morning. I thought the poor woman was going to end up with her arm caught in the door it was blowing so bad. It was miserable. Unfortunately, with the exception of the line-up on USA on Friday night, I really don't think there's a "traditional" cop show on network. The 1980's were the best of times. MONDAY, APRIL 28 Everything is fine, now. I still think they are one of the better blog hosts. The downtime is so very low. Site Meter is still not recording hits for The Pink Flamingo. I’m serious. According to them, I’ve not had a hit in months. I’ve tried everything. Last night I imbedded the code into the CSS. Hope that helps. I don’t know what else to try. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23 Blog Critics has just published my piece about blogging John McCain. Funny how the Lord works. Last year I realized that St. George was my patron saint through an interesting occurrence. I’ve always thought he was. My protector is the Blessed Virgin of Guadeloupe – FYI. Today Forward Day by Day highlights the verses I live by. After I read the passage, it is quite apparent that St. George is my Patron Saint. 1 Thessalonians 5:12-28.
