WHAT’S A BLOGGER TO DO?

Do you want me to say I’m not having fun yet?  Boy am I having fun with all of this.  There’s nothing better than seeing a smarmy little punk fall.  Unfortunately, as is often the case with so many false prophets and messiahs, Barack Obama is falling.  I find it rather ironic that this false messiah is biting the dust during Holy Week.  It is almost as though The Almighty is telling us Thou Shalt Have No Other Gods Before Me.

Obama – Jeremiah Wright videos disappearing from YouTube.

IS NEWSMAX TELLING TRUTH

Unfortunately, the primary problem here is the fact that it is intellectually dishonest to use any of the anti-Jeremiah Wright racist shtick from certain of our precious little conservatives.  They are blowing it here.  If they were honest about immigration reform and those who are instigating it, then we could listen to them.  Until our conservatives denounce FAIR, John Tanton, Numbers USA, The Minutemen et. al, and EVERYONE (until proven innocent) who is instigating these organizations then they have absolutely no right to even discuss Jeremiah Wright and his apparent racism against my race.  So, when the WTimes editorializes on the racism of Jeremiah Wright it just doesn’t work.
The Real Sun Myung Moon has more of the story.

The damning tale is coming from Ron Kessler of News Max.  I’m going to throw in the Con Web Watch version.  You decide.
“…Clarification: The Obama campaign has told members of the press that Senator Obama was not in church on the day cited, July 22, because he had a speech he gave in Miami at 1:30 PM. Our writer, Jim Davis, says he attended several services at Senator Obama's church during the month of July, including July 22. The church holds services three times every Sunday at 7:30 and 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Central time. While both the early morning and evening service allowed Sen. Obama to attend the service and still give a speech in Miami, Mr. Davis stands by his story that during one of the services he attended during the month of July, Senator Obama was present and sat through the sermon given by Rev. Wright as described in the story. Mr. Davis said Secret Service were also present in the church during Senator Obama's attendance. Mr. Davis' story was first published on Newsmax on August 9, 2007. Shortly before publication, Mr. Davis contacted the press office of Sen. Obama several times for comment about the Senator's attendance and Rev. Wright's comments during his sermon. The Senator's office declined to comment….”

TONY REZKO
The Tony Rezko drama is the real problem for Barack Obama.  I think maybe we should be concentrating on that and not on the religion problem, now that Kessler has once again been proven to be a liar.  Rezko is not going away. The Rezko Watch has new information about Resko and a few of his associates. (Apologies to Rezko Watch for the wholesale cut and paste.  This stuff is too important to ignore.)
“…In his March 14, 2008, "exclusive" interview with reporters and editors of the Chicago Sun-Times, Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) was asked if he had ever met Dr. Aiham Alsammarae and Nadhmi Auchi. His response was addressed by RezkoWatch on March 16, 2008, with pictures of both gentlemen as well as that of Gov. Blagojevich as a gentle reminder. However, something that Sen. Obama said in his response to the Chicago journalists struck a chord.

Sen. Obama said that he didn't "recall meeting them" but did recall responding to a request by his friend, Tony Rezko, to "stop by" the Four Seasons because Rezko "had a number of friends that he had invited to dinner" and whom he wanted Obama to meet. Sen. Obama admitted that he met "a bunch of people [whom he] had not met before" but "frankly don't remember what their names were." He had "no specific recollection" of whom he had met…His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, visited Springfield, the capital of Illinois, on May 17, 2005. The Emir, who owns al-Jazeera (which "became a familiar name when Bin Laden chose the station to send his video messages to the west") was met at the Springfield airport by Illinois Gov. Blagojevich, after which they toured the newly opened Lincoln Museum. In the photograph, you can see Aiham Alsammarae (left), shaking hands with the Emir of Qatar (right) at the Lincoln Museum.

In this photograph, you can see the Emir (left) shaking hands with Gov. Blagojevich (right) at the Lincoln Museum, where the Emir was the second head of state to visit, President George W. Bush having been the first at the Museum's April 19, 2005, dedication ceremony. The Emir was later the honored guest at a dinner banquet hosted by Gov. Blagojevich and attended by Springfield Mayor Timothy Davis "and a number of businessmen and senior officials in the state."

On May 18, 2005, the Emir attended a dinner banquet hosted at the Chicago Club by Chicago Mayor Richard Daley (left). At the dinner, Louis Platt, president and CEO of Boeing Company, and Edward Zander, president and CEO of Motorola, delivered "speeches in which they welcomed H.H the Emir (right) in Chicago and expressed eagerness for more cooperation with Qatar."

However, as the Chicago Tribune's John Chase reported, "it wasn't just the allure of the sparkling new tourist attraction" that had brought the Emir to Illinois. "It was also Tony Rezko" who was "pushing the biggest project his firm, Rezmar Corp., [had] ever undertaken—the redevelopment of 62 acres at Roosevelt Road and Clark Street" in Chicago. The project had "some clout-heavy investors" with "links to the Blagojevich administration," including Michael Rumman, "the head of Blagojevich's key administrative agency, Orlando Jones, the godson of Cook County Board President John Stroger, and William Filan, a lobbyist and cousin of Blagojevich's budget director."

It was reported that Rezko was trying to get the Emir "to partner with him in one of his businesses", most likely the Roosevelt-Clark project. After the Emir's visit, Rezko "was quoted in [the] Springfield newspaper," as saying, "I'm planning to get him to do business in Illinois." State Journal-Register columnist Bernard Shoenburg said Rezko told him "that he is [a] 'friend with the Emir', [who] later made a $1 million donation" to the Lincoln Presidential Lbrary and Museum (also reported by the Chicago Tribune). …
And so we come full circle to another gathering with a wealthy foreign investor and at least one "recognizably powerful" politician in attendance, plus Tony Rezko, of course. Seated on the right is Gov. Blagojevich, with the Emir of Qatar seated to his right. Seated to the Emir's right is his wife, who is seated next to Rita Rezko, followed by her husband, Tony Rezko. Other photographs show several people in the room, but it is impossible to know exactly who else was in attendance at this particular dinner.

The question now arises as to whether or not Sen. Obama was among the Illinois dignitaries who attended the banquet in Springfield, or among those local politicians and businessmen who gathered at the Chicago Club, or whether he just "dropped in" at other events while the Emir was in town. If we take him at his word, he probably won't "recall" meeting H.H. the Emir of Qatar, although he might recall responding to a request by Tony Rezko to "stop by" at one of these events because his friend Rezko "had a number of friends that he had invited to dinner" and whom he wanted Obama to meet. Most likely, Sen. Obama will admit to having met "a bunch of people [whom he] had not met before" but he would "frankly" not remember their names and would have "no specific recollection" of whom he had met….”

CAN THIS CANDIDATE BE SAVED?
Strata thinks the damage is permanent.
Turk at Kung Fu Quip thinks it isn’t going to make one bit of difference.
“…In All’s Fair, the book he co-wrote with wife Mary Matalin, James Carville explains the Clinton debate tactics in very specific terms - Answer, explain, attack.  That’s exactly what Obama has done with this response.  He answers the charge (I denounce this), explains why he believes the charge is unfounded (this is a guy who fought for civil rights and continues to do so), and attacks the whisper campaign by focusing on his religious identity.  The fact that he has done this using the Internet should force the response to go viral.  Had he written the same column in the New York Times, it would have been forgotten tomorrow.  On HuffPo, it will be chattered about by bloggers for some time to come.In all, this is a very crafty ploy by Obama.  He could have followed the traditional PR tricks and half-denounced the connection while trying not to give the story legs.  Instead, he tackled it directly and used the opening to push the “I’m a long-time Christian” very forcefully….”

Barack Obama, the agent of change, he is – he’s going to change us back to the days of William Jefferson Clinton and his lies. We have a credibility gap.  Lee Cary has a great piece at American Thinker today about Obama changing us back to the days of Bill Clinton.

THE ARROGANCE OF (WELL) ARROGANCE

Juan Williams is proving what a good Episcopalian he is.  Let’s face it, for a good Episcopalian Jeremiah Wright is just plain distasteful. Then today Yahoo says he is walking the ‘arrogance line’.  When the AP is in on it, maybe Obama is in trouble. When the MSM starts writing like this – Obama could be toast!
“…but there's a line smart politicians don't cross — somewhere between "I'm qualified to be president" and "I'm born to be president." Wherever it lies, Barack Obama better watch his step He's bordering on arrogance The dictionary defines the word as an "offensive display of superiority or self-importance; overbearing pride." Obama may not be offensive or overbearing, but he can be a bit too cocky for his own good. The freshman senator told reporters in July that he would overcome Hillary Rodham Clinton's lead in the polls because "to know me is to love me." A few months later, he said, "Every place is Barack Obama country once Barack Obama's been there." True, there's a certain amount of tongue-in-cheekiness to such remarks — almost as if Obama doesn't want to take his adoring crowds and political ascent too seriously. He was surely kidding when he told supporters in January that by the time he was done speaking "a light will shine down from somewhere." "It will light upon you," he continued. "You will experience an epiphany. And you will say to yourself, I have to vote for Barack. I have to do it." But both Obama and his wife, Michelle, ooze a sense of entitlement….”
I don’t know if this is true or not.  Obama and the New Black Panther party.  I think it is just a blogger, but if there were to be a KKK blogger for McCain, it would be the end of civilization as we know it.   As it comes from Gateway Pundit, I am using it.
