Today the WTimes featured a piece by Stephen Dinan about how the blog world bailed out the McCain campaign. I wasn’t there during those do or die days where everyone but a few people, including Brad Marston, were burying John McCain. I do know there was not a great a blog presence for McCain as the Times would have the world believe.

KEEPING AMERICA WHITE
Last night on his show, Sean Hannity profiled several young women who discovered that Planned Parenthood doesn’t mind taking donations to promote abortions within the Black community. This started me thinking about John Tanton and his anti-Hispanic eugenic ties. Is there a connection? Is it possible that the ultra liberal Planned Parenthood is nothing but a tool for racial cleansing and “keeping America white?”

I can’t believe I sat down and watched a good 7 innings of the season opener. The Prez looked good. The ESPN interview they did with him was far superior to the White House Press Corp. Joe Morgan did a great job, and asked some good questions. Then the Prez did just a little play-by-play, proving when he is unemployed a year from now he can always get a job doing baseball!
The Braves infield looks good. Even for opening day it was tight.
Walmart is slowing down growth.

Windstream Telecom Is Incompetent!

I think the title says it all. I’ve discovered I AM NOT THE PROBLEM. My DSL goes off periodically requiring a complete re-start, just about every hour on the hour. It’s not my Ethernet cable. It isn’t my NEW Airport-Extreme. It’s NOT ME. The problem is with Windstream Telecom. I don’t know if it was part of that chain reaction that took down quite a bit of the East Coast yesterday or not. I’m really tired of people on the left damning anyone who criticizes Jeremiah Wright as a racist. I’m also sick and tired of those on the right defending their hard-line stance on immigration reform while criticizing the likes of Jeremiah Wright. ISP PROBLEMS – AGAIN
I would love to be able to nuke Windstream. I’ve been dealing with them since 5:15PM and it is now 9:08. Something is going on with my ISP and naturally it is me. I’m working a slow as molasses. It is now 10:14. Since writing the above I have had yet another call to Windstream. We’re talking about being on hold for 20 minutes, 18 minutes, and 45 minutes. Anyone who has a mediocre working knowledge of the Wild West knows that the Gunfight at the OK Corral occurred on October 26, 1881. In the movie Tombstone, the roll of Curly Bill Brocius was played by Powers Boothe. Now Boothe is narrating the new John McCain ad.

Rumsfeld’s favorite human, Corinna had a little girl last week. She is the 1st grand-daughter and 1st girl in the family in 27 years. I think that tells you the state of Grandmother’s emotional stability and baby hogging. From what I hear Corinna gets to see her when she is nursing and that’s about it. Babies should go to families where they are drenched in love. This little one will be getting just that.

I thought I would throw a little bit of Spanish in for all my anti-immigration readers. Brad Warthen interviewed Lindsey the other day. The Palmetto Scoop has the video. What fascinates me is the fact that Lindsey pinpoints the problem within the GOP, basically making it a victim of its own success. South Carolina is almost a one party state now – all GOP. Evidently the trauma is over. Everyone, and I do mean everyone is exhausted. The four-legged members of this establishment are all sleeping. I’m still working. I have an interesting video clip for tomorrow morning on Lindsey and the SC VP choices.
It has been a long, windy day. I did Altar Guild this evening. I’m glad I did. Fr. Penn had a wonderful homely about Christ appearing to the Disciples a few days after His Resurrection. I think I may have learned something about faith this evening – we don’t have much, that’s for sure.

SAD NEWS
Earlier today Raymond discovered the tiny bodies of 4 kittens. Evidently at least 2 of them were stillborn. The other 2 died not long after their birth. I thought we probably had 2kittens, but there were 4. At least one was born on my bedroom floor and the others in the closet - on the new white carpet. After several days of emotional distress, everyone seems to have finally settled down, exhausted.
Mommy Cat and Rumsfeld were still fighting early this morning, but now seem to have made peace with one another. She is finally sleeping, no longer ... more »

I am exhausted. Last night after posting, I realized that Mommy Cat has gone into heat. It was weird. The arguments with Rumsfeld continued. Her attentions to Miss Beverly Sills continued. I think it was around 1AM or so that I finally went down to my bedroom. My nice white carpet resembled the floor of a slaughter-house. Blood was everywhere! I did not look in the closet. Just the sight of the blood made me feel queasy.

Today I won my 3rd vote for John McCain. I may have won more for him, but I can only account for those three, four if you count my mother.
