MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25

We’ve been having a bit of warm weather. Saturday morning birds woke me up – and I have a bird phobia. I think it was nearly 60 that day, but I stayed in all day – the wind was obscene. Yesterday was beautiful. This morning things were warm enough that I experienced the abject joy of wearing my favorite (and beat up) Brighton flip flops all morning! It was a wonderful experience. When I started on this piece this evening, I was simply going to post the PDF’s for the polygraph, and doing a bit of humble pie. BUT – since then, there are some absolutely fascinating developments. According to the LATimes blog, one of Romney’s sons (Jack ) said Mitt is tanned, rested, and ready, and may rejoin the race if as a VP or if something happens to McCain’s campaign.
