Earth to Be Vaporized by Sun

FUN WITH GLOBAL WARMING: I wonder how long it will take to spin this one? Science Daily has the news that the Sun Will Vaporize Earth – in a few billion years. Anyone who studied astronomy 101 knows this. But it is fun to watch the Chicken Littles run around and scream that the sky is falling.

What a boring news day, or maybe it is just me. I spent the day at the Parents’ down in San Patricio. Not much else to tell, I’m afraid.

AN INTERESTING DISCUSSION

Today my friends (sorta sister) her husband and two daughters joined me at my parents’ in San Patricio for dinner. For those who are curious, it was my mother’s special spaghetti sauce, and was quite good. She also had fresh, organic leaf lettuce which was incredible. The highlight of the meal was when my mother was lamenting the demise of some incredible 1980 Kenwood Jack London Cabs. She opened one last night which was bad. So I opened one. NEW RESULTS ARE IN

New results have been published revealing that a top polygraph expert says that Larry Sinclair is lying in parts of his lie detector test.

"...Dr. Ed Gelb, Former President of the American Polygraph Association was the Polygraph expert selected by Whitehouse.com. He has done over 30,000 polygraph examinations over his long career. There were two polygraph tests administered by Dr. Gelb on Friday. the first polygraph asked Mr. Sinclair on his sex claims. The second polygraph test asked Mr. Sinclair on the drug use claims. My Lenten Lessons (thus far)

DO NOT WORRY

I have learned to live by two specific things The Sermon on the Mount and The Praise Verses from Thessalonians. I believe so strongly

Rejoice always
Pray without ceasing
In everything give thanks

that I’ve even written a book about it, along with all the praise verses in the Bible.

In fact, I wrote the book during Lent 2000. Earlier that year I went through a personal and romantic disaster. My (almost) fiancee basically trashed me to the point where there was nothing left of my self esteem or of the real me. While I now ... more »
