UnoMania Rumsfeld is thrilled about Uno’s victory. This though, is the story of a soldier who lost his life in Iraq and his two dogs. (warning, tear jerker) This is the time of year when my family tends to get a little sad. Every year at this time anyone who could (my mother's side of the family) would get together at the grandparents' in Palm Beach. My grandfather was born on February 15, 1897. KINDNESS COUNTS Jesus said, "This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends. One of the most thrilling moments of my life was attending a panel hosted by Ted Koppel. On the panel was Gene Roddenberry, Ray Bradbury and ... more »

WHO'S ON FIRST? Baseball is a funny thing. A good baseball fan can simply throw out a group of stats and prove a point. According to Allen Barra, an expert in baseball and the life of Wyatt Earp (and a friend of mine) Bob Costas has done some numbers crunching. If Costas is correct about this numbers Roger Clemens did not use steroids. I have a source in the "know" who thinks Clemens may have taken a little something, but not much, but that McNamee is doing some serious lying. This person also wants to know why Waxman is even ... more »
