Tony Hillerman Is in Very Bad Shape

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 22

Life has interrupted blogging these past two days. A very dear friend, Tim Rich, went home yesterday. Tim was one of the early Navy Seals. His wife, Bonnye lost her battle with heart failure about 3 weeks ago. Then I had a call earlier this evening. My favorite writer, Tony Hillerman is dying.

I spent most of the afternoon, yesterday, then much of the evening working on a new set of book shelves. That is why posting was so light.

From what I now gather, unless a person compares Barack Obama with Christ, or calls him the messiah, or The One, you are a racist. The current version of the race-baiting cult demands that we not call The One a "Socialist". You see "socialist" is a racist term.
