THERE IS NO HOPE
I am going on record that I think we're still going to win.  I am seeing things that are very encouraging.  I am being accosted by women who see my "Palin" button and come over to say, something like 'this time I'm voting for her!'  Let me say that differently.  I think John McCain will legally and honestly win the election.  I fully expect Barack Obama and his operatives to steal it from him.  And, while John McCain may have won fair and square, I have little hope of seeing him sworn in on January 20, 2009.  There is too much cheating going on here.  Unless McCain wins in a blow-out, I just don't see how he can come up with enough HONEST votes to counter Barack Obama's cheating.

This said, I am extremely discouraged.  Fred Barnes said the GOP is discouraged.  I'm not discouraged about the election, I'm discouraged because the media, journalists, reporters, writers - people I once admired and wanted to emulate when I was in college, are nothing but a bunch of cheap, pandering, two-bit, tin-horn, cowardly little twits who no longer care about being fair, balanced, and honorable.  Now that FOX News and newsmen I once thought were decent and honorable, such as Brit Hume, Charles Krauthammer, and Bill Krystol are now fully in the Obama camp, there's not much left as far as a FREE PRESS.

Karl Rove, who is blatently honest, even thinks McCain did a good job.  I guess Krauthammer, Hume, and Krystol were so busy having one of those Chris Matthews moments they can't be honest about things. FOX is reaching the point where it is almost worthless to watch.  With the exception of Cavuto, Hannity and Greta, we can't depend on anyone being fair and balanced.  Let's face it, FOX is terrified of Obama.  If he's elected, and he's having a temper tantrum about FOX, they're worried he could pull their plug.  Let's face it, we're dealing with a potential dictator in Obama.

Look at the way FOX is changing the starting time of the World Series for Obama:
"..."Fox will accommodate Senator Obama's desire to communicate with voters in this longform format," Fox Sports said in a statement. "We are pleased that Major League Baseball has agreed to delay the first pitch of World Series Game 6 for a few minutes in order for Fox to carry his program on Oct. 29. If requested, the network would be willing to make similar time available to Senator McCain's campaign."..."

If we can't count on the media being fair and honorable how can we count on the election being fairly covered when it comes to all those ACORN voters?

The real losers of the debate this evening were those thinking American voters who understand the difference between the honorable words of a true patriot and the rhetoric of a psycopath. The problem is evidently the media does not.  Can we count on the MSM or even FOX to be honest about the polls?

The most revealing poll comes out of South Carolina.  Survey USA has Lindsey ahead by 20 points or so.  They have John McCain ahead by just 14 points.  Having spent much of my life involved in Republican politics in South Carolina I happen to know that those numbers are way too far apart.  If Lindsey is polling 20 points ahead, then John McCain should be doing just about the same.  Is it possible even Survey USA is underpolling McCain?  If so, we're dealing with an entirely different ball game.  The problem is no one in the MSM even cares.
