HILLARY CRIES, ROMNEY 'SWIFT-BOATED

DEFENDING HILLARY (blast it!)
Everyone in the conservative blog world is gloating over the fact that Hillary has been reduced to tears.  I am not linking to Drudge and his headline that trumpets that she is 'QUITTING'.  Frankly, I don't think she is quitting. Yes, I think she was on the receiving end of what I believe will be an ever-growing list of Barack Obama's manipulations.  Then again, there are consequences for playing political hard-ball all these years, and Iowa was one of those consequences.

If anyone thinks the fact that Hillary Clinton was and I use the word allegedly reduced to tears today in New Hampshire proves women are not able to run for President of the United States of America, they are out of their mind.  If a woman makes fun of her, let's just say, she's not being honest with herself.  We women have a tendency to tear up when we're upset and mad about something that truly effects us.  You put exhaustion and stress into the mix, and tears are a done deal.  It's part of being a woman.  One of the reasons I avoid confrontation is because I do the same thing.  I do my confrontation with my fingers, writing out what angers me.

Does this make a woman less qualified to be President of the United States of America.  NO.  I do think if we were to stop and think about the process, the act of crying when shoved into a corner is an evolutionary way of saving a woman.  The average straight (and I emphasize straight because Gay men do not fall for it) man is completely rendered helpless when a woman does this.  They don't know what to do.

And if you think only women behave certain ways when backed into a situation, think again.  Men do specific things also, like getting aggressive and wanting to fight. Once upon a time, women couldn't afford to fight, so they had to cry.

Deal with it.

I now have a tremendous amount of sympathy for Hillary.  It was something my mother said the other night, commenting on how tired she looked compared to the men.  Right.  Women get tired.  Oh, I know you aren't going to hear the cute little young things on FOX comment about this because they are too young.  This is something a woman doesn't understand until menopause is in full swing.  (Mine hit early)  I now get so tired I cannot cope.  I know of a very active woman who actually took a leave of absence from her job because she thought there was something wrong, only to finally discover her intense fatigue is a result of menopause.  There are women who become so tired they don't cope.  It has nothing to do with anything other than being a symptom of menopause.  It doesn't happen to all women.  I never had a hot flash.  But I get so tired, that there are times when pushed, I just sit there and cry.  If you've not been there, then don't belittle me about it.  My sister did.  She now gets so tired she has the same problems.  I had an aunt who did this at menopause.

It doesn't mean a woman is any less capable.  It is simply biology.  A decent night's sleep, a good meal, and a hot bath usually take care of it.

Of course Hillary could just be delivering an academy award winning performance.

Funny thing, people are demanding Hillary show emotion.  She does and they pan her.  I'm wondering if one of the reasons she is so stoic is because she can be so emotional.  I sure know some of those old Arkansas stories show a person who can be very emotional.

NEVER FORGET
Hillary Clinton is at her best when cornered and down!

SWIFT-BOATING MITT

Last week a press release went out announcing that a major candidate was going to be 'swift-boated' I did a little digging.  I managed to get it wrong on what the announcement was about another topic.  Those who detested John McCain were almost giddy with glee for a moment, just knowing something was going to go out that would destroy him.  You know who you are.

Well, the major "Revelation Press"conference took place today at 1:30PMEST at the National Press Club.  I don't think I am even going to link to their press announcement or directly quote from it.  Let's just say the person who wrote this book, Mitt, Set Our People Free claims to be a 'war hero' and something like a 7th generation member of the LDS Church.  What has been produced is nothing but a hate attack on the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints and Mitt Romney, written by a person who was John Kerry's Nevada Chairman.  From what I can tell the only people covering the event are Ron Paul freaks.  Reuters copies the press release.

I don't mind admitting I think Mitt Romney is the plastic two cent version of John Kerry, (or maybe, considering the financial situation, John Kerry is the plastic two cent version of Mitt Romney) but you get the picture.  BUT - what has been attempted is a nasty cheap shot designed to attempt to hurt Romney in New Hampshire on the eve of the primary.  Not even the revelations that Romney's SC operatives are pulling some classic dirty tricks are hurting him.  Why on earth would this?

THE RON PAUL FREAKS ATTACK HANNITY

They didn't quite attack him, but what I saw was terrifying.  These people were like animals, out of control.  I think they just prove all those stories about Ron Paul's alleged neo-Nazi supporters.  They are completely out of control.  If Ron Paul doesn't start pulling them in and making them behave then I will, even more, think he encourages this sort of vile behavior.
