NOTHING ANGERS ME MORE THAN THIS!

Today we were treated to yet another hyper-retaliating, hand-wringing, crocodile tear flowing Michelle Malkin denunciation of – Geraldo Rivera.  Why?  Well, it seems this monster hideously  molested yet another member of his family.  He was an illegal.  

Then O’Reilly piled on, pontificating, forgetting his previous stand on judges allowing pedophiles an easy time of it.  Once upon a time he was more interested in going after judges who would do nothing but slap a pedophile offender on the wrist.  Now, though, evidently the whole illegal immigration thing is more important.

THE SOLUTION
The solution is simple.  

We need Federal mandated sentences, bail guidelines, etc. with mandatory life sentences for pedophiles, legal or illegal.  It doesn’t matter.  The must not be deported to go back and molest again or return to molest here.  The only way to stop it is to imprison these people for life.

Malkin reports a 3 year old child has been horribly abused.

If child molesters and pedophiles were imprisoned for life, we wouldn’t have a problem.  Once again I repeat, this is not a legal or illegal issue.  IT IS A PEDOPHILE ISSUE.  If Pedophiles were given very strong sentences – mandatory Federal sentences – this sort of thing would not happen as often.

SHE ISN’T MENTIONING THE FOLLOWING WHO HAVE BEEN ARRESTED or SENTENCED since Thursday, when the horrible attack by Salvador Luna, a REPEAT offender who should have been imprisoned for life, not deported so he could return.  Luna was the child’s uncle.
“…In 2000, Luna was arrested in Ventura County on suspicion of annoying or molesting a child and sexual assault, said Detective John Wickum. It is unknown whether Luna was convicted, but the family said he was deported shortly after, officials confirmed.

“His criminal history drops off in 2001,and he re-surfaces again in 2006 with a DUI arrest in Victorville,” Wickum said.

Additional information came in that there could be as many as four other family members who have been past victims, but that remained under investigation on Friday, officials said.
Results of medical examinations on both the victim and Luna are still outstanding, but authorities believe they might shed additional light on the case.

“This is like the smoking gun of molestation cases. There are so many reports and investigations where it can take months to get to the bottom of things. It’s rare to catch something in progress and be able to respond and arrest the suspect immediately,” Wickum said….”

A MINI RANT
Luna is a repeat offender.  HERE IS THE PROBLEM WITH DEPORTATION.  If you deport these people and they don’t go to prison, they disappear into society, WHERE THEY MOLEST ADDITIONAL CHILDREN.  Evidently to hard-line anti-immigration people like Malkin, it is acceptable to molest children as long as they are in another country.

Predatory pedophiles like Luna should be IMPRISONED FOR LIFE – and forget the deportation.  The worst of this one – there is $250,000 bail!  Why the you know what has the judge allowed bail? I don’t care if the person is legal or illegal, we must stop these judges from allowing bail.  If the bail is any indication, this man is going to get off “easy”, with deportation and a slap on the wrist.  BUT he will have been deported and that’s all that matters, right?

When will people realize it isn’t an immigration thing, it is a pedophile thing.  And – if only illegal immigrants molested children, try to explain these people.
