First things first, over on The Subway Canaries, I’ve finally combined and posted a long expose on the rift in the Episcopal Church. It is well worth reading. Then, I’ve also posted the piece I did the other day on Third Party Debt Collectors.
I need to mention several blog carnivals going on. First is Blogging Chicks. Then there is the Persecution Blog And the Carnival of Cats.
The Gateway Pundit has an extremely important post about the Dems plans to increase our oil dependency on the
The saga continues: Last night I heard two little kitties just crying, then Rumsfeld began barking. That is never a good sign. I went down to the guest room (nursery) where the babies were living, and Mommy cat had moved two of them over to the pet gate like she wanted them somewhere else. We did not need another verse in Musical Kittens, so I took them back over to the antique bureau and pushed their little tushies under it. They came back out, crying. Mommy then goes up under the bed and just sits there relaxing and purring. She was too lazy to move her own babies. By this time there were three little ‘swimmers’ – what we’ve always called kittens who are at that stage of walking, looking for Mommy. I push them up under the bed. They find their lunch counter and nirvana was achieved. I had to get down on the floor and pull the last baby out from under the bureau. Have I mentioned my current inner ear problems? Bending over is not fun, trust me. I finally get the last sandy colored twin out and shoved up at the lunch counter. Mommy cat was happy. Babies were happy. I was so dizzy I was nearly sick. So now they are back up under the bed where they were birthed. Bottom line, she is too lazy to move them herself which is a huge change from her first litter, where she would have fits and run away when anyone would go near them, let alone touch them. I think she’s figured out it is easier to get a little help when raising babies, esp. since the no-good father doesn’t help!
That
The GOP is planning on taking bloggers seriously.
You know how the Dems said they weren’t going to have hearings? Well, they lied on that one too!
REASON #2 I AM AGAINST DEATH PENALTY: So all those rumors about more information on the OKCity bombings are true. Very interesting. And now I can gloat say I rest my case about the death penalty. Everyone was so quick to execute McVeigh they ignored the possibility that he could provide more information.
They finally get around to accusing UN peacekeepers of rape, etc. in

If ever there was an example of Mark Twain’s “The reports of my death…” well, once again there are rumors of impending death of Castro – this time they say he has only months to live.
Our daily Litvinenko update by AJ Strata. I keep telling you it is getting good. Ian Flemming couldn't write this stuff.
Have you read The People's Cube? It is a hoot. On their front page they have a column of headlines people just don't have time to write: Okay, it's a little like Mad Magazine, but sometimes we all need a laugh.

Her Most Royal Majesty Nancy I Okay, she's now the most powerful Italian since Caligula and Nero. Considering the district she represents, that's probably a recommendation. It would behove Nancy I to consider the fate of the Caesars. They were constantly being deposed, etc. On FOX this afternoon Brian Wilson mentioned the fact that the Speaker of the House of Representatives is NOT the Commander in Chief. She needs to remember this and consider the fate of Geena Davis. FYI - according to Blogs for Bush, the President's approval ratings are higher than Nancy I.
As several members of the Colorado delegation seek disaster relief for ranchers and snowed-in citizens, Tancredo's name is no where to be seen. Why?
PRIMARIES 2008: Novak on the missing Giuliani documents. Very interesting. Outside the Beltway on why Romney will be the GOP default candidate. I hope not. It is a recipe for total and complete defeat. Romney's RIGHT turns. If the CBN is questioning the tax pledge and the flipping and flopping, I don't see where this yahoo is going to pull the 'values voter' primary vote. Race42008 and the Edwards problem for the GOP. According to our favorite liberal site, Colorado confidential, Brownback is going to filibuster the proposal for embroynic stem cell funding. (See yesterday's Pink Flamingo for an update on just what embroynic stem cells actually do). I think the idea that to be a serious contender for 2008 one must raise one hundred million dollars is obscene. Ankle Biting Pundits has the hot off the press latest polls. Romney is tanking.
