MONDAY, MARCH 31 It wasn’t until a few minutes ago that I noticed there is a theme for the day: Heroes. This evening I learned that Michael Monsoor will be the 5th post 9/11 Medal of Honor. Windstream Telecom Is Incompetent!

SATURDAY, MARCH 29 I think the title says it all. I’ve discovered I AM NOT THE PROBLEM. My DSL goes off periodically requiring a complete re-start, just about every hour on the hour. It’s not my Ethernet cable. It isn’t my NEW Airport-Extreme. It’s NOT ME. The problem is with Windstream Telecom. I don’t know if it was part of that chain reaction that took down quite a bit of the East Coast yesterday or not. I do know how to locate the local supervisors for Windstream on Monday. FRIDAY, MARCH 28 ISP PROBLEMS – AGAIN I would love to be able to nuke Windstream. I’ve been dealing with them since 5:15PM and it is now 9:08. Something is going on with my ISP and naturally it is me. I’m working a slow as molasses. It is now 10:14. Since writing the above I have had yet another call to Windstream. We’re talking about being on hold for 20 minutes, 18 minutes, and 45 minutes. My first attempt was with one of their outsourced “experts”. THURSDAY, MARCH 27 Rumsfeld’s favorite human, Corinna had a little girl last week. She is the 1st grand-daughter and 1st girl in the family in 27 years. I think that tells you the state of Grandmother’s emotional stability and baby hogging. From what I hear Corinna gets to see her when she is nursing and that’s about it. Babies should go to families where they are drenched in love. This little one will be getting just that. I played care package person today. WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26 Evidently the trauma is over. Everyone, and I do mean everyone is exhausted. The four-legged members of this establishment are all sleeping. I’m still working. I have an interesting video clip for tomorrow morning on Lindsey and the SC VP choices. It has been a long, windy day. I did Altar Guild this evening. I’m glad I did. Fr. Penn had a wonderful homely about Christ appearing to the Disciples a few days after His Resurrection. TUESDAY, MARCH 25 I am exhausted. Last night after posting, I realized that Mommy Cat has gone into heat. It was weird. The arguments with Rumsfeld continued. Her attentions to Miss Beverly Sills continued. I think it was around 1AM or so that I finally went down to my bedroom. My nice white carpet resembled the floor of a slaughter-house. Blood was everywhere! I did not look in the closet. Just the sight of the blood made me feel queasy. Mommy Cat keeps looking inside the closet, then stepping out, obviously not nursing. MONDAY, MARCH 24 I have no idea what is going on with Mommy Cat. Every time Rumsfeld goes near Beverly Sills, Mommy Cat attacks him, viciously. The poor little thing is whipped. We also don’t know what is going on with the baby situation. She has slimmed down considerably since this morning. About 9PM she came up for water and to nibble. That would indicate she has finished having what ever it is she had. SATURDAY, MARCH 22 I had to be at church at 10AM for Altar Guild. Finally made it home about 2PM. It wasn’t bad. I was assigned the duty of assisting Terry polish the woodwork around the Altar. I did okay for awhile. It was the first time I’ve really done any arm movement like that since I broke the elbow two years ago. After arriving home I piddled around all afternoon. MONDAY, MARCH 17 You read it right, the 5:30AM attack. It continued until approximately 4:55 when I finally managed to catch the little stinker and lock her out of the bedroom. She continued to body slam the door and keep Rumsfeld awake until about 5:10 or so. I think I am the one who fell asleep. I was asleep when something ran across my head. LIBERAL ASSOCIATES While we find that Rasmussen has Barack Obama’s numbers going down, from Obama’s performance in Iowa yesterday, it is obvious the rank and file liberal Dem supporter is unfazed. I think the best reference I have for those supporters is a posting Captain Ed did on Hot Air the other day. He mentions how seriously anti-American Obama’s minister, Jeremiah Wright truly is, and also documents something I’d heard the other day, that Oprah is a member of Wright’s church. ANOTHER ATTACK ON CATS Ferdy the Cat evidently is furious with Boulder, Colorado. Yesterday we had the story of the Iowa town that is going to execute stray cats. Boulder is one-upping them. They now want all cats to stay indoors. Mine wouldn't be caught dead outside, but that's beside the point. Evidently, according to Ferdy, Boulder officials don't like the way cats are killing innocent animals and birds.
