Evidently the people who promote such hysterical anti-immigration "reform" are more interested in removing Hispanics than they are truly promoting border security. If they were interested in telling the truth about border security, they would be quoting the GAO's report on border security. The problem is the fact that they only report the facts that work for them.

Lou Dobbs Wants to Run for Governor of NJ

News is starting to circulate that Lou Dobbs, that bastion of anti-immigration sweetness and light is thinking about running as a Republican for the governorship of New Jersey. Currently Dobbs is registered as an Independent. Let’s hope he stays that way.

We learn that there is a 25% dapproval rating for the Dems in Congress. Their ratings are lower than that of President Bush (I think those polls are a crock). If this is the case, is it possible there could be some Dems who lose their jobs in November and not the other way around? I'm still crunching numbers from SC, but it is possible some of our incumbents could be in trouble, and not all of these going down may be Republicans. If New Mexico is anything like the rest of the country (not that we ever are) there is a very real problem in the Republican Party. The same thing is going on in Arizona, where the hard-line extremists are battling for the heart and soul of the state’s GOP.
