My mother has had memory problems since a spinal tap went bad years ago. Today during her physical her neurologist had his nurse give her a quick test.

Q: What day is it?
M: I think it’s Monday.

Q: What date is it?
M: I have no idea what the date is.

Q: What year is it?
M: 2008, I think.

Q: What is this (she pointed to her shoe) it is a shoe?

Yet Another NM UFO! (Update A Weather Balloon)

SUNDAY, JUNE 1

At least the world is back into perspective. We’re getting back to the serious stuff, peeping tom aliens, and mysterious New Mexico UFO’s. Well, there’s another mysterious object in the sky. Let’s face it, there was a reason Indiana Jones ended up in New Mexico. It’s just not normal here. And – we like it that way! Even when it really is a weather balloon.
