MANNERS OR REAL LIFE?
Even though I am acting like a crazed you know what this week, trying to make due with limited internet connections, limited air conditioning, and having to get my FOX via an annoying XM system, I try to be polite to people. As cranky and you know what-chy I've been lately, I am not rude to people. If I am, you will know it, big time. I dislike people who aren't fair. I dislike people who take advantage of others. And - one of the things I dislike most is someone who talks a big game ... more »

WHY DO LIBERALS HATE MUSLIMS? Chickenhawk Express treats us to one of the most luscious and remarkable "exposes" to date. Some self-righteous Obama ... more »
Let's be honest here. Religion and politics are getting out of hand. I feel sorry for the good honest athiest who one day decides to run for President of the United States. She doesn't stand a snowball's chance, even if she is a liberal. The reason I say this about liberals is there's a dirty little secret out there. Evidently liberals are more prejudiced againt religion - all religions, than we previously thought possible. Case in point: Saturday, June 28

STOP THE SMEAR?
Evidently Barack Obama is the gift that keeps on giving. The MSM here in the US is ignoring the Great Birth Certificate Debacle, but fortunately there is the Israeli press. The Israli Insider isn't letting this story go away, fortunately. Then there is the great fundraising lie - only the "little people" are supporting Barack Obama. Horse Hockey! Even deeper horse hockey is the fact that the American MSM is fawning, all in love with the Great Obamassiah. They don't care to dig beyond the campaign rhetoric, even when it changes every other minute or two. It ... more »

THE PSYCH OPS SMEAR GAME The on FOX, we were treated to the same old litany from the Obama campaign. It was the same song, just a new verse. FOX appears to be in the tank for Barack Obama. If you will notice, FOX covers Obama's speeches with adoration, and cuts into McCains. When FOX does use a "real" Republican, they use Karl Rove. The rest of the time they resort to extreme conservatives like Bay Buchanan and Laura Ingraham, neither one of whom have any love for the GOP. They are falling lock-step into the Obama Subliminal smear campaign... more »

THAT MAGNIFICENT OBAMA CAMPAIGN? If any other individual running for POTUS were conducting the current version of the campaign the Obamassiah were conducting, it would be an object of much derision and laughter. Let’s face it, the current incarnation of the Obama National Campaign is not ready for prime time! Maybe it’s not the campaign, maybe it is the candidate. You can only coast so far on smoke, mirrors, and arrogance. Over the years I’ve watched people enough to know that there are times when arrogance is a cover for incompetence. Then, I went back to the Merriam Webster definition ... more » Tuesday, June 24

IT’S A GAS! It is a good thing Barack Obama is not in bed, snuggling up to lobbyists, or he could be accused of selling out to the corn/ethanol lobby for votes in the mid-west. Evidently Obama used his ties to the ethanol lobby as a spring-board to the mid-western corn states and his POTUS run. He and Tom Daschle, now a lobbyist for the corn-ethanol industry travel together quite a bit in the mid-west. (Daschle says he is not a lobbyist for the industry, but speaks out for them on occasion). According to the NYTimes, Daschle isn’t the ... more » Monday, June 23

THE SMELL TEST There are times when things just don’t pass the smell test. In other words, something has an odor of mendacity upon it. (Stolen from Tennessee Williams). I keep going back to the fact that Barack Obama has a Teflon coating that’s been sprayed with PAM and hosed down with the most slippery of non-stick substances. Let’s face it, if the media were playing fair, Hillary Clinton would be the nominee, not a narcissistic, thin-skinned, inexperienced individual with a cast of associates that would make any Chicago hood proud. There is such a tremendous media bias... more »

SMOKE & MIRRORS Considering the poor month Barack Obama had in May with his fund-raising attempts, where he pulled in just $200,000 more than John McCain, why is he pulling out of federal funding? Well, he's going to leave that up to John McCain and all that dirty money he is taking from PACs. The problem with that little canard is the fact that, accoring to Ruffini, who did another of his magical money studies, only 1% of John McCain's money comes from PACS. Once again, the way I keep telling you, Barack Obama is a lobby sucking ... more »

WEDNESDAY, JULY 18 ![]() I am hot, tired, bothered, and itchy. My air-conditioning quit working. It hit 97 today. This blasted MacBook Pro gets miserably hot. I have a number of email to answer. If you don't get one from me this evening, you know why. My feet itch! Drudge has a rumor that Obama's handlers are going to start restricting press access - even more. I wonder if this will end the affair with the press, but that a silly thought. I was planning a Larry Sinclair update, but am waiting to find out what happens after he was carted ... more » Sunday, June 15

WHY THE GLOVES? While others are disparately shoveling dirt into sandbags to stave off the ravaging flood waters that are turning Iow a into another of the Great Lakes, Barack Obama made a visit. He downed some work gloves and started shoveling dirt into sand-bags, yet another photo -op. Notice the people in front of him - no gloves. Yes, it is petty and tacky, but what the heck. Seriously, why isn't the flooding in Iowa getting much coverage? It is one of the most catastrophic floods in American History, but you don't see any news anchors going around crying, ... more » Friday, June 13

THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE DISCLAIMER: I am an experienced family genealogist. I am familiar with the various ways to locate birth certificates and family records. I used a paid site to locate Barack Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate. I could not find it. I have emailed the information to several dozen associates for them to follow up on what I found, or did not find. Hawaii has some of the strongest secrecy laws in the country for birth, death, marriage, etc. certificates. It could be that their laws prevent the company I used from accessing the records.I cannot locate Barack Obama’s ... more » Wednesday, June 11

OUT OF TOUCH CONSERVATIVES What do we really know? Hard line anti-immigration “reform” is a loser for the GOP. Last night Lindsey basically slaughtered hard-line CofCC racist Buddy Witherspoon. There are indications that additional hard-liners went down in SC, but I don’t know enough about the races yet to make a blanket statement. What I do know is it appears (and I say appears) that hard line conservatives in SC in the state house and senate did not fare as well as was expected. This makes the latest Jim DeMint move a little puzzling. He is forming a PAC ... more »

CHANGE WE DON’T NEED Thomas Lifson of American Thinker brings up something that is absolutely terrifying and as horrific implications for our nation in general. Lifson is quoting Will Brunch, who is quoting Barack Obama.“…What I would want to do is to have my Justice Department and my Attorney General immediately review the information that's already there and to find out are there inquiries that need to be pursued. I can't prejudge that because we don't have access to all the material right now. I think that you are right, if crimes have been committed, they should be investigated. ... more »

GET A LIFE “…McCain's Web site talks about the anti-Christ being 'a Jew,' Hillary being a 'bitch,' Obama being a 'Muslim fag,' and America bringing 9/11 on itself…” John Aravosis of AmericaBlog says the above. Give me a break, we all know good and well that comments people make are not the same as the official position of a web site, or a newspaper, or a magazine. Any THINKING person knows this. The problem is we are dealing with Barack worshiping liberals, so let's also be honest in expecting reason and thought. AmericaBlog is trying to come up with some ... more » Tuesday, June 3

TUESDAY, JUNE 3 This evening John McCain may have proven that he has POTUS potential. His speech was good. We all know he is not orater. So what? Evidently even conservative bloggers (they hate him anyway) are pulling his speech apart. Evidently he may be entering that rarefied atmospher of a serious GOP POTUS asparant. He can't please anyone. That's a very good sign. I actually liked some of the themes. I like the idea of energy independence and looking for bright new ways to do things. Why not? The big problem, there is a certain segment of the American ... more »

VOTING Every time I have the honor and the privilege to vote, I think about the Northern Exposure episode where Chris (the DJ) reveals that he cannot vote because he is a felon. On air he begins to wax poetic about the right to vote and our freedom, our Founding Fathers. When the process begins, he shows up, long hair cut, beard shaved, clad in a suit and tie. Because he has lost the right to vote, all he could ask is to be there to watch others exercise their vote. I think about my great aunt, Mabel Perkins. ... more » Monday, June 2

MY VOTE IS FOR THE LATTER “…Most criminals -- whether psychopathic or not -- are shaped by poverty and often childhood abuse as well. In contrast, corporate psychopaths typically grew up in stable, loving families that were middle class or affluent. But because they're pathological liars, they tell romanticized tales of rising from tough, impoverished backgrounds. Dunlap pretended that he grew up as the son of a laid-off dockworker; in truth, his father worked steadily and raised his family in suburban comfort. The corporate psychopaths whom Babiak studied all went to college, and a couple even had PhDs. Their ... more »
