DISCLAIMER: I am an experienced family genealogist. I am familiar with the various ways to locate birth certificates and family records. I used a paid site to locate Barack Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate. I could not find it. I have emailed the information to several dozen associates for them to follow up on what I found, or did not find. Hawaii has some of the strongest secrecy laws in the country for birth, death, marriage, etc. certificates. It could be that their laws prevent the company I used from accessing the records.
