Barack Obama isn't the brightest blub on the Great White Way (a reference to Broadway). Perhaps the Las Vegas Strip would be a better analogy. He's not firing on all thrusters. In many ways the summer of 1969 was the most magical in my life. It changed my life, or rather formed the foundation for all that I am. It had nothing to do with sex, drugs, or rock and roll.
