When Narcissists Attack - Part I - Illegal Vultures

JUDICIAL WATCH GOES AFTER BIG MAC
I’m not a fan of Judicial Watch. I think it is a crock. As if to prove my point, that my theory that certain conservatives are going to do all they can to ruin the man, Judicial Watch pops up and files a FEC Complaint against John McCain.
“…“Recent news reports suggest that Sen. John McCain and John McCain for President may have accepted an in-kind contribution from foreign nationals Lord Rothschild OM GBE and the Hon. Nathaniel Rothschild of Great Britain in contravention of federal election laws,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wrote ... more »

MALKIN’S HATRED OF JOHN MCCAIN
When Aristotle defined hubris, he may have been thinking of Michelle Malkin.
"...Aristotle defined hubris as follows: to cause shame to the victim, not in order that anything may happen to you, nor because anything has happened to you, but merely for your own gratification. Hubris is not the requital of past injuries; this is revenge. As for the pleasure in hubris, its cause is this: men think that by ill-treating others they make their own superiority the greater...."

NARCISSISTS AREN’T JUST DEM OR GOP
One of the great third party narcissists, Chuck Baldwin, pulled off something of a coup this weekend and is now the Constitution Party’s nominee for POTUS. This is excellent news for John McCain because it is the very worst thing that could happen to Bob Barr’s proposed Libertarian Ego Fest. This could be the best of all possible solutions to the whole "Third Party" threat of any of these yahoos. These twerps are going to cancel one another's votes. They are vying for the same voter - the chip-on-the-shoulder, sore-head, dis-functional, hate-everything-different voter. ... more »

SUNDAY, APRIL 27
There are days when I can find nothing to write about. This is not one of those days. I emailed Sally Vee a little while ago and mentioned I just did not know where to start. I thought about doing another Obama-O-Rama, but I realize I have one more day to go in my self-enforced Obama boycott. Race 42008 has picked upon the fact that he may do the federal financing for the general election – you read it here a week ago! But, I’m still on the Obama-O-Rama Wagon. But, not to worry, we have (drum-roll ... more »

Those Wonderful Little Ron Paul Bots Strike Again

THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE OVER THE GOP!
It is called Restore the Republic. There is a master plan for Ron Paul Bots to take over the GOP county by county. Everyone has been laughing, saying this can’t happen, but evidently these little freaks are trying to take the GOP away from normal, decent Republicans. And, we’re so Republican, we’re allowing it to happen. The good thing is it looks like they aren't doing all that well. The bad thing is these freaks are organized. They remind me of the critters who couldn't be swatted in some bad sci ... more »

FRIDAY, APRIL 25 A LITTLE HOUSEKEEPING:
I’ve cross-posted my video expose of the Minutemen over at The Subway Canaries. Since The Subway Canaries are on the SPLC’s blog-roll, with luck someone will pick up on the abject hatred you see in these videos.
I have a Blog Critics article about Blogging John McCain.
I’ve spent the day working on several detailed posts, the first of which is located right below this one. It took something like 3 hours just to format it. At least I finally feel like I’ve “caught up” for a few days. I’ll actually finish today’s ... more »

Today is St. George’s Day (My Patron Saint)
by

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23
Blog Critics has just published my piece about blogging John McCain.
Funny how the Lord works. Last year I realized that St. George was my patron saint through an interesting occurrence. I’ve always thought he was. My protector is the Blessed Virgin of Guadeloupe – FYI. Today Forward Day by Day highlights the verses I live by. After I read the passage, it is quite apparent that St. George is my Patron Saint. 1 Thessalonians 5:12-28. Verses 16-18 are the verses I live my life by:

COULD IT BE – IMMIGRATION?
Earlier today I spoke to our local Women’s Republican group, delivering what amounted to a partial doom and gloom prediction. While the talk was primarily about the various blogs for John McCain, I said the following:
The implications for the GOP could be disastrous if we do not change our ways and modernize our way of thinking. This is precisely what a group of us are attempting to do. If we cannot get the rank and file every day members of the Republican Party to perhaps re-think the wheel a little, I am afraid we ... more »

Proof a Republican Can Never Win – They’re Attacking Sarah Palin

CHOOSING LIFE
Let's be honest here. I think Sarah Palin is the perfect choice for John McCain's VP. It is terribly calculating to mention this, B - U - T she is now by far the absolute perfect choice for VP. In fact, Draft Palin mentions that even a Dem Congresswoman now thinks Palin on the ticket would be the voice of doom for them.
"...U.S. House Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC), who sat on the shows panel of experts, was absolutely wowed by the Governor and started throwing out lines like, "You better embrace this woman quick!", "That is ... more »

What Does John McCain Have In Common With George Washington?
by
SJ Reidhead
on April 21, 2008 09:08PM (MDT)
TEMPER TEMPER
Evidently it is perfectly acceptable for other Presidents and candidates to have tempers. It is acceptable for anyone but John McCain. Strange, isn’t it? LBJ had one. They say JFK’s was explosive. Lincoln had one. And George Washington’s temper was so bad he was known to punch out arguing officers, and had a mouth so foul he is secretary would shake in terror when he would was “poetic”, so what’s wrong with John McCain having one? (Even Ronald Reagan had one).
It seems to me if a person isn’t capable of losing his/her temper there’s something wrong. Not ... more »

OBAMA TO DISCUSS PUBLIC FINANCING
Last week I wrote that I think Barack Obama could be on the verge of having money problems. I know the latest FEC reports show him way out ahead, but we need to remember the reports are dated to the end of March. In April, sources report that he is spending something like 2.2 mil a day. That’s a heck of a lot of money. The man has milked his subjects for nearly $250 million. I don’t see how he can continue at that pace. Just how much money is out there – from small ... more »

Is Big Mac Peaking Too Early?
by

THE VOICE OF DOOM
I feel like the voice of doom or Cassandra predicting the fall of Troy. John McCain’s numbers are too good, too early. Maybe we’re going to be find and are heading toward a historic landslide. This is my prayer. But after 8 years of Clinton, I am terrified. Things are too good. We now hear that Big Mac is winning back annoyed Republicans.

ANTI-CATHOLIC SENTIMENT SURFACES
I think by now any thinking person knows the Puppetmaster, John Tanton, is very anti-Catholic. Somehow I don’t think he is very happy with the visit of the Holy Father. So, he has sent his little minions of darkness out to try and ratchet up anti-immigration sentiment based on anti-Catholic bias. The man uses bias and ‘hate’ as his tools of the trade. His minions adopt his values and his tone. The result – well, you be the judge. I think we now know Tom Tancredo and Michelle Malkin are two of his little flunkies. I think ... more »

Is Bob Barr Another Conservative Who Must Hate America!
by
SJ Reidhead
on April 14, 2008 09:36PM (MDT)
THE CONSERVATIVE TREASON LOBBY
Libertarian blogs are buzzing at the possibility that Bob Barr will inflate his ego and run for POTUS, thereby preventing John McCain from winning and thereby allowing a marxist socialist victory. In doing so they will also doom our nation to deplorable SCOTUS appointments and a devastating war with Iran. Or as one suicide bomber conservative breathlessly reports
“…Or, as Ronald Reagan said about leaving the Democrat Party, “I didn’t leave the party. The party left me.” There are many voters who feel the same way about today’s Republican party. Those voters could ... more »

Could Obama Have Money Problems or Is Big Mac Having a Money Attack?

KEEP THROWING THINGS INTO THE FAN
I’ve been collecting links about financing and John McCain’s funding problems. There are times when I like to do this and see what develops. I think today the Dems have revealed their hand when the filed suit to keep Big Mac on the public financing dole. In doing so they have revealed their game plan. HAMSTRING HIM ANY WAY POSSIBLE!
I think we are now starting to see a pattern. Keep throwing you know what into the fan and see what sticks. Remember when ceiling fans first became popular? We were teens at the ... more »

You will notice the post below this one. It is totally and completely self-indulgent. The parents' house plans continue - well! They met with the draftsman this evening. The only thing changed on the bedroom wing that I designed was removing one set of doors. That's not bad. With any luck they will get the blasted thing started this year.

When in Rome – a Primer for Barack Obama
by

NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME
One of the things that bothers me about Barack Obama is his obvious lack of experience and his abject inexperience and immaturity even though he was born in 1961. Perhaps it is just our culture that coddles men now. Maybe it is his relative inexperience and the fact that he has lived a fairly sheltered existence, with little actual life experience – very little seasoning. I don’t know all the ups and downs of his life, all the little disappointments and heartaches. From his basic biography it is obvious he lived the life many kids ... more »

IS MY DISLIKE OF BARACK OBAMA OBSESSIVE
I have been challenged by someone I respect (a Canadian liberal) over my dislike of Barack Obama. He thinks I am demonizing Obama. It started me thinking. I try to be fair. Am I being fair to him simply because he is a Democrat. My friend thinks Obama is a great man that I am treating unfairly. Is he? I am seriously trying to go after Obama only on the issues and the fact that I think he is a liar. Is he really a liar with shady friends, or am I nit-picking ... more »

Special Racism & Special Little Lies
by

NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME
I have a lovely little accumulation of Barack Obama goodies. With each passing day it becomes more and more obvious this person lacks the character to be called a “man”. He has built a life and a political career on a house of cards and lies. When called to task he accuses everyone of racism. There comes a time when it’s like the little boy who cried wolf. I like the little boy analogy because there is no way you can consider Barack Obama ‘a real man’. I go back to my belief that Barack ... more »

ARROGANCE 101
I think most of my regular Pink Flamingo readers know I am not much of a friend of “conservative” bloggers, not the ‘top shelf” ones anyway. I find them to be arrogant, hypocritical, anti-Republican, self-serving individuals who are not interested in promoting the Republican Party. While I am conservative, with my values having not changed since the days of Reagan (save for my disapproval of the death penalty because of my very strong pro-life beliefs) I absolutely refuse to be lumped in with these people. I am a Republican. I am a proud Republican. I vote the elephant ... more »

Another Liberal Attempt to Destroy John McCain
by

NO CONSERVATIVE DEFENSE, EITHER!
I’ve been sitting on this since about mid-afternoon – a good 4 hours, waiting to see if any CONSERVTIVE blogger would come to John McCain’s rescue. So far, only two, mentioned below have behaved with honor. So far, not Malkin, Hot Air, Pajamas Media, Instapundit, Red State – not one other blog: ZIP NADA ZILCH. No one. So far Drudge has not chosen to run with it. Considering how he dislikes McCain, it won’t be long. There is nothing. The story is fairly recent, but if this were an attack on a beloved conservative figure, the ... more »

Why Do the Dems Produce Such Flawed POTUS Candidates

OR AM I JUST BIASED?
Are Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama simply more of the same or am I so biased against the Dems I can’t see the logical truth? From my biased, uber-GOP version of the world, I don’t mind admitting I am biased, but it sure looks to me like we have been dealing with some seriously flawed individuals.
We Republicans have an arduous vetting process aided by the liberal press who delights in pointing out every little fault and frailty to the pint where anyone who even considers running as a Republican is out of their ... more »

Obama Plays Candyland While Big Mac Is a Chess Master!

THE MCCAIN CHESS GAME
You do realize John McCain is a chess player, thinking several moves ahead in the game. GWB is a poker player, and a good one. Barack Obama – well, he’s sure not a bowler. Obama’s more the Candlyland little kid who can’t handle criticism.
Take today for instance.
When a conservative radio talking head went for the jugular with Barack Obama at a John McCain rally, McCain immediately denounced him. Much weeping, wailing, and gnashing of teeth engulfed the conservative radio world as talk show hosts were quick to denounce Big Mac while they ... more »

Defining Racism Down

THUMBING THE NOSE ON RACISM
If there was a rational discussion about racism in this country, what Hispanics are experiencing and what my sister’s neighbor Steve Cohen (extremely liberal) is going through I think the rabble roused by Barack Obama would be a half way decent thing. The problem, though, is he is re-defining racism into something that it is not. No longer is racism a terrible, disgusting thing, but the new definition is any criticism of Barack Obama. It doesn’t matter if he deserves that criticism or not. Any commentary on Barack Obama’s character that comes from a person ... more »
