Is Barack Obama on drugs? The other day Jack Wheeler sent out an email saying Obama was on drugs. My first reaction, since I think Wheeler is a crock and a fraud is just that. Atlas Shrugs has put together some additional information. Again- this is a for what it's worth and consider the source. Frankly, I give about as much creedene to anything Wheeler does as I do Larry Sinclair.
