WHEN CONSERVATIVES GO REALLY BAD
"...The Holocaust was not a cause of the war, but a consequence of the war. No war, no Holocaust...."
Pat Buchanan's latest Townhall column has been quite revealing, proving what I've been saying for at least two years. He is basically proving himself to be an apologist for the Nazis. Has he finally committed the unpardonable sin?
"...That Hitler was a rabid anti-Semite is undeniable. "Mein Kampf" is saturated in anti-Semitism. The Nuremberg Laws confirm it. But for the six years before Britain declared war, there was no Holocaust, and for two ... more »

OR IS IT JUST BLUSTER?
Friday night three people were hit by gun fire on the Mexican side of the border near Campo, CA. The Border Patrol is not answering questions. The San Diego Minutemen claim to have been in the area and were armed, according to “founder” Jeff Schwilk. He claims three people were dead. The SPLC has linked the San Diego bunch to some fairly nasty associates. On June 11, Chris Simcox issued a statement called “Operation Open Season”. Is the shooting on the border coincidence, or the dimwit San Diego bunch taking advantage of ... more »

governorship of New Jersey.
Currently Dobbs is registered as an Independent. Let’s hope
he stays that way. The WSJ reports:
“…Dobbs, also a best-selling author,
has a loyal following — a draft movement to get him to run for
president earned some notoriety earlier this year. The news anchor has
also become a divisive figure, in part because of his rhetoric on
illegal immigration.
Florida’s Bradenton Herald reported today on a ... more »

CONSERVATIVE WOMEN NEED NOT APPLY
Say it ain’t so, Cal. Yesterday I encountered one of the most offensive columns I've ever had the misfortune to read. The worst of it is the fact that it was written by a columnist and conservative pundit I considered far above such things. Someone I respect. The more I think about the title of the column, it makes me think of two things. First, either Barack Obama has so changed the political climate that now substance does not matter, only hot-dogging rhetoric, or someone is trying to lower the bar for GOP women to ... more »

METAMORPHOSIS
Any good Trekkie automatically associates the word Metamorphosis with the Trek Classic episode featuring Zefram Cochrane. Without giving you a detailed history of space flight, warp drive, first contact with the Vulcans thereby proving that Star Trek is salient to all aspects of life, simply – nah, nothing’s simple with Zefram Cochrane. Metamorphosis features a really bitchy Federation diplomat who was dying; the ship wrecked Cochrane, an interesting creature in love with Cochrane, and the wit and wisdom of James T. Kirk. Long story short, the alien merged with the dying Federation bitchy type. They were able to ... more »
