What do we really know? Hard line anti-immigration “reform” is a loser for the GOP. Last night Lindsey basically slaughtered hard-line CofCC racist Buddy Witherspoon. There are indications that additional hard-liners went down in SC, but I don’t know enough about the races yet to make a blanket statement. They’ve found some disgusting anti-Semitism on Obama’s official site that has been officially removed. Same old same old if you ask me. Fortunately cooler heads did a few screen shots so I don’t think they can wriggle out of this. Bill Stevenson has a good posting about the GOP’s efforts to create an energy bill, which was naturally squelshed by the Dems. Jim Fryar tells us that Clint Eastwood is supporting Big Mac!

A Republican friend emailed a link to this today. She’s concerned attacks like this are going to hurt John McCain this fall. The author or the piece in question, John Dendahl was the NMGOP’s impotent 2006 nominee to run against Bill Richardson. He has a half-way decent resume, but there were questions about how he arrived at his nomination, but that’s a different story.
