The on FOX, we were treated to the same old litany from the Obama campaign. It was the same song, just a new verse. FOX appears to be in the tank for Barack Obama. If you will notice, FOX covers Obama's speeches with adoration, and cuts into McCains. When FOX does use a "real" Republican, they use Karl Rove. The rest of the time they resort to extreme conservatives like Bay Buchanan and Laura Ingraham, neither one of whom have any love for the GOP. Yesterday I mentioned that Barack Obama reminds me of a certain individual who would condemn others for the things he was about to do or was doing. Barack Obama reminds me of this person in so many different ways it is alarming. So, the Obama Campaign sets up this web site condemning the GOP for smearing him, but allows his campaign to go at John McCain in some vile and disgusting ways.

We learn that there is a 25% dapproval rating for the Dems in Congress. Their ratings are lower than that of President Bush (I think those polls are a crock). If this is the case, is it possible there could be some Dems who lose their jobs in November and not the other way around? A Republican friend emailed a link to this today. She’s concerned attacks like this are going to hurt John McCain this fall. The author or the piece in question, John Dendahl was the NMGOP’s impotent 2006 nominee to run against Bill Richardson. He has a half-way decent resume, but there were questions about how he arrived at his nomination, but that’s a different story.

This evening John McCain may have proven that he has POTUS potential. His speech was good. We all know he is not orater. So what?
