THE ULTIMATE FLIP-FLOP!
According to the LATimes blog, one of Romney’s sons (Jack ) said Mitt is tanned, rested, and ready, and may rejoin the race if as a VP or if something happens to McCain’s campaign.
“…Because he suspended rather than terminated his campaign, Romney still retains control of the nearly 300 delegates he's already won. Another former governor, Mike Huckabee, remains in the race and is nearing Romney's delegate totals, though few give him a realistic chance of catching McCain, with more than 900 delegates. On some Sunday morning talk shows, Huckabee maintained his belief in ... more »

CRACK, COKE & EXTORTION
Here at The Pink Flamingo, I’ve never been shy about dealing with subjects that other more important blogs might hesitate to tackle. I guess the reason is I just don’t care. I’m going to say what I think and what I see as provable fact which isn’t necessarily “truth” – which is a variable. This being the case, I am going to tackle the Larry Sinclair allegations about Barack Obama.

FEC BIG MAC ATTACK
“…after McCain won a series of early contests and the campaign found its financial footing, his lawyer wrote to the FEC requesting to back out of the program -- which is permitted for candidates who have not yet received any federal money and who have not used the promise of federal funding as collateral for borrowing money….” There are a number of rumors and comments out there about FEC Chair David Mason’s comments that McCain could be in violation of FEC rules concerning campaign contributions and his two campaign loans. I think several things ... more »

SAME OLD SAME OLD?
This is a very convoluted post. I’m going for the tabloid headline because I am annoyed to the point nearing fury. There are several things going on here and I think they are all connected. It is rather like follow the bouncing ball. My ‘gut’ reaction is this is all offered up now, all the you know what (It’s Lent and I gave up profanity) to help make Obama look good. The thing that caught my eye was something posted on Race 42008 last night. It is rather detailed, but once again, I think it is ... more »

The Long Awaited NYTimes Big Mac Attack

WHY NOW?
I think the disgusting article the NYTimes has just dumped on Senator McCain is the perfect segue to the Roger Clemens problem. I guarantee the NYTimes hit comes out of or is in defense of Obamarama. Have you noticed how Michelle Obama is now off everyone’s front pages? Coincidence? I don’t think so. I was going to do some extensive coverage of the Clemens problem and what I’ve discovered, but I’m holding the story back until tomorrow. Right now I’m hitting the latest Big Mac Attack.
Drudge tried to run with the story awhile back, but a few ... more »
