John Smoltz has become only the 16th pitcher in Major League history to strike out 3000 batters.  He’s now Hall of Fame bound, probably on a first ballot no less.

I was wondering if something like this wasn’t going to happen.  Robert Downey, Jr. has now ruined his career.  He has “outed” himself as a …. Oh dear…. He is no longer a liberal!  (Suitably Flip)
