My sister, Cathy, is the owner of Cafe Eclectic. Her business isn’t even open, and she’s already getting rave reviews there in Memphis!   Now, if you are a reader of this blog and live in Memphis, she’s struggling to get things ready.  She and Mary, the Executive Chef, are thrilled by all the attention, but are now extremely nervous because of all it.  They hope they can live up to all the expectations.  It has been quite an adventure.  Maybe you can pry some of the story out of her.  I really ought to turn it ...   more »
